Elemental renewal retreat upcoming in February 2026
Nestled in the lush Mexican jungle, this 6-night / 7-day retreat is your chance to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect to what’s real.
Each day we’ll move and breathe together through yoga, guided breathwork, and cold-immersion practices in the natural heat of the tropics.
Between sessions, we’ll explore local beaches, swim in the ocean, and rest in the stillness of the land.
One evening, we’ll gather for a traditional sauna ceremony (Temazcal) — a guided ritual for renewal and release.

✦ Early-bird: $2 749 CAD (available for first 11 guests)
✦ Standard: $2 999 CAD (after early-bird fills)
✦ Private-room upgrade: + $500 CAD

Includes accommodation in our jungle villas, three chef-prepared meals daily, airport transfers, daily classes, one Temazcal ceremony, and full access to pool and gardens.

To save your spot, there’s a $750 CAD deposit.
It’s fully refundable until we officially lock in the retreat, once 11 guests are confirmed and we send the venue deposit.
After that, payments become non-refundable but still transferable meaning you can pass your spot to a friend, or if there’s a waitlist, we’ll help connect your space with another guest.
